Refund policy

Change of Mind or Preference

We will offer you a refund on any item purchased (provided it is unopened and in perfect condition) within 10 days of purchase. In such circumstances, we cannot offer Free Returns (or a refund on the delivery charge). Please e-mail us when you are returning something and please include your full name and order number in the package. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, and pack the item carefully as we will not be able to provide a refund if it is damaged. 

Incorrect or Faulty/Damaged Goods 

Please contact us via support@phyterberryaronia.com providing details and ideally a photo and we will respond within 24 hours.  We will offer a full refund in such an instance and depending on details and circumstances, we may require the goods to be returned (at our expense).

Refunds 

Refunds will normally be issued back to the original method of payment and will be completed within 7 working days from notification and / or receipt of goods (where applicable). We take our customer service responsibilities very seriously and will endeavour to resolve any issue reasonably and promptly.
